How does it work?

How does the confirmation process work?

The process starts with an omnichannel dialogue with the patient to remind them of the appointment. Subsequently, the conversation may trigger the delivery of presentation information, answering of questions and/or managing any changes indicated by the patient.

In addition, the process is executed according to the effectiveness of each channel and the patient's behavioral response. The patient perceives the confirmation process as an ongoing dialogue with a customer service executive.
