What are the objectives of this service?
Promptly notify the patient when the physician cancels the appointment and/or when the cancelation is due to force majeure. Proactively offer an alternative.
How does it work?
The schedule’s change of status is reported online, automatically activating the communication flow through different channels (email, WhatsApp and SMS).
Depending on the communication with the provider, the operation of the service follows a specific path:
- When there is integration with the provider's scheduling system, our service automatically offers the next available hours for rescheduling.
- If there is no integration with the provider, the message sent to the patient may include a link to a web planner, a quick call link to a call center or call back to manage the rescheduling.
- The "unmanaged" patients are available in a web interface that makes it possible to complement the scheduling process with telephone agents.
