How does it work?

The process consists of automatically sending a message to patients when they do not attend their medical appointment or scheduled event.

The message contains a text (previously defined by the medical center) with a notification of their absence and the possibility of rescheduling.

What does the report include?

The system allows downloading .csv files of sent messages.
